Are the Labour PR firm being paid by the Conservatives?

Maybe the PR firm aren't stupid an realize that this ship is going the same way the Titanic did so just aren't putting the effort in, Besides I don't think that "PR" really effects that many people other than complete and utter morons. Anyone who votes for someone because they have a prettier campaign poster should be dragged out into the street and shot.
