My brother is getting married and i wasn't asked to be a bridesmaid......?

My brother is getting married and I wasn't asked to be a bridesmaid, my son is the ring barer and our brother is a groomsman. They live out of town and I am basically planning and coordinating the entire wedding, which is ok because I love them dearly but I kind of feel like I am doing all the work and don't have the "job". I can't help that despite trying not to feel this way my feelings are hurt, I put on a happy face and do what I am asked but it's hard. So I guess my question is do I just "grin and bare it" or is there a subtle way to say what I'm feeling?
