Everyone help me please!? so confused!!?

This guy, lets call him Oliver always laughs when i do and say the most stupid things.The other day when we were alone he said out of nowhere ' what colour are my eyes' and proceeded by putting his hands up to cover them when i said 'green' and got it right he looked hands up to cover them when i said 'green' and got it right he looked ecstatic and then asked me what his best friends colour eyes where when i got them both he tried to cover up why he asked that question pure nervously When i catch him staring at me though he continues to stare even though i caught him.
