I think I may have cancer...?

I think that I may have testicular cancer and I'm 14, 15 in 10 days. I have a lump in my sack the size of my testicle. It feels pretty soft and is sort of liquid like. But I'm never going to the doctors, I am way too scared to face the reality that I may have cancer. I haven't told anyone because they will make me get it checked out. This is not a joke. Also, what size should a 14 year olds be??
