What do you do for chronic migraines?

I was diagnosed with migraines in 2000. Since then, I have been on several different migraine medications (i.e. Imitrex, Maltrax, etc) and none seem to work. I do have one medication, Fiorinal with Codeine, that helps the best. I only take that in EXTREME cases (wavering eyesight, auras, nausea). The othe drugs that I mentioned don't help and actually, to me, makes the symptoms worse. Does anyone know of any other type of medication that works for them or some sort of homeopathic remedy? Thank you!
