Should I tell the manager or leave it?

I had a Burrito from Chipotle for lunch then went to Wal-Mart. Halfway through my shopping expedition I hear the rumble in my gut and was like WOAH!!!…I need a bathroom NOW. So I pinched my cheeks together and run to the bathroom, it is a one-stall bathroom and the toilet seat on this bowl looked like someone had an abortion on it but I had to use it or go in my pants. I decided to squat over the bowl and try my hardest not to touch the mess that was on the seat. Since there was so much pressure built up in my intestines, I ended up painting the wall behind the toilet a nice brownish yellow color. My question is: should I tell the manager to have someone clean it or just leave it.
