Can a man who`s had testicular cancer and had both testicles removed still get a woman pregnant?

The only way is if there was some sperm harvested prior to the testicles removal. This can be used via in vitro fertilization. Without testicles, while there may still be liquid produced upon , it cannot contain sperm, so cannot fertilize the egg.
