I suppose it is possible, however, if her period is not due until the 27th, it is doubtful. You generally become pregnant 14 days before you are due, and she wouldn't be feeling symptoms a day or 2 in. I would say she is not, but there are tests you can take up to 5 days before the period is due, so I would recommend you get one tomorrow.
