CCW Cl certification?

What am I supposed to get after I take my ccw cles as far as proof of certification. I don't want to pay someone who clams to be a certified instructor then turn out that there really not when I go and apply for my ccw. I was told that a diploma type paper that is notarized with the seal of ohio kind of like how your car title is. Would something like that count as certification? Any information is welcome. Thank you.
