I am dropping Brandon Webb, who should I go get?

I'm going twins on this. Liriano OOOORRRRRR Kevin Slowey. Everyone knows how his elbow is better and how amazing he can be, but he wont be able to throw such an amazing slider EVER AGAIN. But Slowey was in A 2 years ago, and is 24, and is showing great improvement. Otherwise, i would go with Kazmir
