Little white dot/bump below my left eye?

I have this little, tiny white bump; it's about 4-5mm below my left eye. I started noticing it around 4 to 5 months ago, if not more. When I try to squeeze it, it hurts alot, alot. And I think there's another one growing out around that area, but more to the left - still under my eye. Does anyone know what that is...? I don't know whether I should go see my optometrist or a dermatologist. Please help. >.<
