Should This Child Be Taken From Her Parents By CPS??

If they investigate it (which I don't think they need to because they tried to help the baby even though it seemed ok) then it seems as though it was just a horrible accident, but not really their fault. The screen broke, they didn't know it would break, and you can't watch a child 24/7, you have to be able to have a 2 minute bathroom break at least.
