What is this pain in my lower stomach?

Somtimes when i wake up and have to pee i have a pain in my lower stomach. It goes away after i urinate but its kinda wierd. I dont know im probably overreacting but it makes me nervous. Also a main symptom of testicular cancer in lower abdomen pain but that would just come and go right? I KNOW IM A HYPERCHONDRIAC LOL but can any1 answer this?????
