Wireess internet help?

ok....so...i have a dell truemobile 2300 wireless broadband router....all the cables are connected (ethernet from cable router to wireless router) my computer says its connected, 53 mb connection, good signal, but i cant get to the internet. the internet is working though, because im wired to it now for this. My adapter is a Belkin Wireless G USB Network adapter. its been working up until the last couple days. i just bought it a few weeks ago, so there shouldnt be anything wrong with it. ive used the router's control/setup utility and that couldnt set it up. Windows network diagnostics couldnt fix it either, so I dont kwow where to go next. Also: i cant connect to the internet through an ethernet cable that comes FROM the wireless router.
