Would gamestop replace my game?

I purchased a copy of Just Cause 2 for my XBOX 360 and it came in the mail and was damaged with cracks in the middle working outward and part of the game label is rippled and partly scratched off. It does not read in the console at all and i know it is not the system because all other games work with it.
