I need some advise please?

hi my son had chickenpox and a secondary infection which led to him bieng admitted to hospital because he was dehydrated he got home yesterday still covered in spots obviosly but not infectious anymore . now he has peeling fingers and toes and i dont know if this is normal with wha he had or should i go back to doctor????? it is quite bad most of the finger skin has peeled off any advise apprieciated tanks x
