Should I transfer and go back home?

I am a freshman at florida state university, im currently on an e-visa which means i can't work and i have to be dependent on my parent who don't really have enought money for me. I have a tiny amount of money which got me here in the first place. Im considering going back to enlgand where i can get some governmental helkp as well as a job but now i hear that so many students from the UK are coming to the USA to study, I love FSU but I won't be able to stay if I can't afford to live here much longer. What should I do?
